1. Eligibility
1.1. General Eligibility: The Website and competitions are open to individuals who are legal residents of Nigeria, at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18, at the time of entry.
1.2. Grassroots Talent Focus: Competitions are designed for undiscovered talents who have not signed with a major record label or achieved widespread commercial success, as determined by Voice of Stars Nigeria.
1.3. Exclusions: Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Voice of Stars Nigeria, including their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in competitions.

Ownership and Licensing: By submitting content to a competition, you grant Voice of Stars Nigeria a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote your submission for purposes related to the competition, including marketing and promotional activities, without further compensation unless otherwise agreed. You retain ownership of your submitted content.
3.3. Judging and Prizes: Competitions will be judged based on criteria outlined in the specific competition rules (e.g., creativity, vocal ability, originality); however, our competitions are judged primarily based on viewers' choice, which is determined by votes. Prizes, if any, will be awarded as described, subject to verification of eligibility. Voice of Stars Nigeria is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered prizes.
3.4. Disqualification: We reserve the right to disqualify any participant for submitting plagiarized content, violating competition rules, or engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
4. Intellectual Property
